Meet the Managers

Noah started ECOmersion after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Master’s in Business Administration. He always felt that ecotourism companies didn’t go far enough with the information they shared, and set out to build a kayak company that really helped people connect with nature.

Noah has lived in the St. Petersburg area since he was 2 years old and has spent hundreds of hours exploring the Gulf Coast by kayak. Nothing makes him happier than being able to share the natural environments in his childhood home with others.

Natasha has lived in St. Pete since 2017 and has worked for ECOmersion since 2021. Growing up, she proudly held the title of “the outdoorsy one” in her family. Natasha spent her summers looking for sea turtle nests on Tybee Island, GA and living off of sailboats in the Caribbean. Eventually her love of the outdoors drove her to go to Eckerd College where she graduated with Bachelor degrees in Biology and Psychology. In her free time you can find her scuba diving, running, or going for a picnic with her dog. Natasha is excited to get out on the water and share her knowledge of local wildlife with tour groups!

Erika is deeply passionate about the marine environment and loves creating memorable experiences on the water. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology from the University of South Florida, where she developed a great appreciation for local wildlife and habitats. Also, her volunteer work with the rangers at Weedon Island expanded her knowledge and connection to the natural world. Whether you’re an experienced paddler or new to kayaking, she ensures your adventure is safe and enjoyable drawing on her ACA Level 2 certification. In her free time, Erika stays connected to the water through scuba diving, snorkeling, and swimming laps. Join Erika for a tour that combines adventure, education, and a deep love for nature.

Kelly holds a degree in Animal Studies and has experience in wildlife research and wildlife rehabilitation in AZA-accredited facilities, with hands-on work involving Gopher Tortoises, local Florida snake species, and African-Grey Parrots. She is passionate about conservation, Leave No Trace principles, and climate change communication, and enjoys sharing that knowledge with guests on the water.

Her love for the outdoors has taken her from hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail to exploring Florida’s mangrove forests in the Tampa Bay Region and cypress swamps in the Everglades. Outside of work, she enjoys free diving, scuba diving, backpacking, fishing, and searching for native wildlife—especially snakes. She also has a strong appreciation for birds after working closely with parrots and macaws.

Driven by a deep love for the environment, Kelly aims to help guests see local plants and wildlife in a new light. Inspired by her mother, she is especially passionate about encouraging young girls to explore the outdoors, pursue science, and feel confident both on and off the water.
